Cumberland.--Herman Stuiber, formerly of Elkins, W. Va., died at the home of his sister, Mrs. H. D. Burkhart, Williams street, Cumberland, after a lingering illness. He was 40 years old and is survived by his widow and four children. He was a tailor and was at one time engaged in business at Clarksburg and later at Elkins.
