MRS. GERTRUDE COLLINS Mrs. Gertrude Bowers Collins, aged 20, wife of John Bowers, of Tuscola, Ill., formerly of this city, died at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Anna Savage, of 210 1/2 Main street at 12:25 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Collins had been ill for the past several months from tuberculosis. She was a devout member of the Fair Oaks Baptist church and her death will be greeted with sorrow by a large circle of acquaintances. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by an infant son, Eldon, and by the following brothers and sisters: Ulysses and Arthur Bowers and Mrs. Maude Hopper, all of this city. The funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Fair Oaks Baptist church by the Rev. Mr. Ford.
