Death of Mrs. J. C. Stazel.
Emma Viola Wilson was born in Marion-co., Ill., January 10, 1861. She moved to Wilson-co, when she was seven years old, and resided on a farm near Benedict until her marriage to J. C. Stazel of that place on November 16, 1898. Four children were born to them, Fern, Paul, Vie, and Mayme. The family resided at Benedict until 1911 when they moved to Mountain Grove, Mo., where they resided about a year and then returned to Fredonia and in 1913 moved to Idaho and next to Montana. In 1917 the family returned to Fredonia and here she lived to the time of her death. She was taken ill last October4th and was confined to her room the last two months. She has always taken an active interest in their home life and they were cared for and raised to manhood and womanhood by this dear woman, without a cross word spoken.
