After my just debts and funeral charges are paid I give and bequeath as follows, 1st To my well beloved wife Betsy, I give and devise the use and improvement of the while of my estate both real & personal, 'Till my children shall all arrive to lawful age, upon condition she remain my wife till that time; but if she should enter into a matrimonial state, before or after [?] time, she is to be entitled to the improvement of only one third part of the whole of my estate. 2nd I give and bequeath to my son Harry [supposed to be Henry?] Fifty Dollars to be paid when he shall be of lawful age. 3rd I give and bequeath to my son Sylvester Fifty Dollars to be paid when he shall be of lawful age. 4th I give and bequeath to my son Syllic one half of a lot of land, the whole lot containing one hundred acres, in the Town of Bloomfield County of Ontario & State of New York. I likewise give him the dwelling house standing on [?] half part, - and upon condition of his paying the [?] bequeathed to all my other children, he shall be entitled to the remaining half of the hundred acres. 5th I give and bequeath to my daughter Betsy Twenty Dollars including what she has already received, as will appear in my book of accounts. 6th I give and bequeath to my other five daughters, viz, Dilly, Sabrina, Samantha, Philanda, and Altha, Twenty Dollars each to be paid when they shall be of lawful age.
