Rutherford T. Doiron

Rutherford T. Doiron, 70, formerly of Marion, died in Grant hospital in Columbus Tuesday night after an Illness of a week. His home was in Columbus.

Born April 18, 1878, in Baton Rouge, La., he was a son of Theodore and Cordelia Doiron. He was a retired car inspector for the C. & O. railroad, and left Marion about four years ago, He was a member of Sojourner Lodge No. 653, F. and A. M of Marion, and of the Knights of Pythias lodge at LaRue.

Surviving are his widow, and five stepchildren, his twin sister, Mrs. Ruth DeBolt of Akron, a halfsister. Mrs. Blanche Hudson of Urbane, and halfbrothers, A. C. Franks of Bellefontaine and Wilbur Franks of Arkansas.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday at 11 a. m. in the Schoedinger funeral home in columbus by Rev. Klotz. Graveside services will be at 2 p. m. in Fairview cemetery west of LaRue. Friends may call at the funeral home.
