Harold Dockus

The body of Harold Dockus, 80, of Kerrville, who died Thursday at his home, will be taken to The Billow Company in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, for services. Burial will be at Chestnut Hill.

Mr. Dockus, native of Akron, Ohio, lived in El Paso 12 years before moving to Kerrville in 1985. He retired from North Akron Savings Association in 1972. He was a member of Highstreet Christian Church and Mt. Akra Masonic Lodge in Akron. In Kerrville, he belonged to the First Christian Church and Kiwanis Club.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Harriett Dockus; daughter, Elizabeth Joan Crutchfield of Erie, Pa.; sister, Margaret Gangel of Barberton, Onio; brother, Daniel Dockus of Akron; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Heart of the Hills Hospice, Box 942, Kerrville.

Kerrville Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Harold Dockus

TEXAS--Harold Dockus, 80, died May 7.

He was born in Akron, lived 12 years in El Paso, Texas, and since Dec. 1985, resided in Kerrville, Texas. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Kerrville, a former member of the High Street Christian Church, Mt. Akra Lodge 680 F&AM, and the Kerrville Kiwanis. He retired in 1972 as an officer with North Akron Savings Association.

Mr. Dockus is survived by his wife, Harriett (Frank); daughter, Elizabeth Critchfield of Erie, Pa.; sister, Margaret Gangle of Barberton; brother, Daniel; six grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren.

Services will be Monday (time to be announced) at High Street Christian Church, 131 S. High St., Dr. Harry E. Smith officiating. Interment Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Heart of the Hills Hospice Program.
