Carol W.Paterson OVERTON--Services for Carol W. Peterson, 76, of Overton, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church in Overton with the Rev. J.A. Palachek officiating. Burial will be in Overton City Cemetery under the direction of Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home. Mrs. Paterson died Sunday in New London. She was born Dec. 11, 1919, in Burke, N.Y., and had been an Overton resident since 1973. Mrs. Paterson was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Overton. After moving to Overton, she worked as a registered nurse for the Overton Memorial Hospital. A former resident of Bryan, she also worked as a registered [nurse] for a hospital there.
